Our wealth of knowledge is put to the test daily as we make sure that each wine and food recommendation is absolutely perfect for your purpose. This year, we are making it even easier for you to enjoy your holiday meals, gifting and parties. We’re available on facebook to answer your wine and wine pairing questions.  Below is a pairing guide you might find helpful, but don’t hesitate to ask us for personalized recommendations for all you holiday events whether serving, hosting, bringing, gifting, or saving. So if you’re thinking of eating this, serve that!

Serving Turkey –> Pinot Noir, Chianti, Gewurztraminer, Dry Riesling
Adding Ham, Stuffing or Yams to the menu –> Gruner Veltliner, Rhone, Alsatian
Oysters or Seafood as well –> Burgundy is perfect
Sausage in the stuffing –> Zinfandel or a big Tuscan Red
Going with Chicken this year –> Rioja
Duck instead –> Rosé or Rhone
Feeling like Lamb, or Pork w/apples –> Merlot is your ticket
Mushrooms make the cut –> Pinot Noir, Nebbiolo
Focused on the Cranberries –> Dry Riesling, Fruit wine
Oops, don’t forget the Pies–> Ice Wine or Port
Finally, when in doubt –> Burgundy!

Cheers,

Bethann
