Medium Bodied - Intoxicating aromas of pear and caramel with a nice balance of fruit and crisp acidity.

Pale with some hints of green on rim. Nose: Light citrus and spices with some minerals. Palate: Fresh, lively and clean, bold flavors, fruit forward and bright, balanced acidity. Other: This is a refreshing and uncomplicated wine that will please easily.

Sometimes described as a cross between Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, Grüner Veltliner is highly food-friendly, even holding its own against wine killers such as asparagus and artichoke. This medium-bodied bottling offers intoxicating aromas of pear and caramel with a nice balance of fruit and crisp acidity.

Food Pairing: It can be enjoyed on its own or paired with a wide variety of dishes such as artichoke based dishes, or lightly spicy dishes.
