Time is a funny thing. If you had told me five years ago that one of the most respected distilleries in the world would be from Taiwan I would have laughed. If you had then told me how many price jumps we would see in the world of whiskey I would have cried. Now with “The Tariff” bearing down on us I’m finding myself longing for the affordability of a bygone age. Fortunately for all of you, I’ve decided to do something about it.
Five years ago Kavalan Sherry Oak sat on our shelves for $109.99. After the distillery won back to back “Best Whiskey in the World” honors that price jumped, as prices do. Now you will find it on our shelves for $134.99 and going for over $150 in many stores. Now, I’m not going to take the price back to 2014 prices. Instead I’m going even lower! While supplies last I am happy to offer Kavalan Sherry Oak Single Malt for the (literally) unheard of price of $99.99.
This delightful single malt is packed with complexity and flavor. On the nose freshly mown grass and wild raspberries give way to an almost rum-like tropical spice. The palate is crème brulee topped with a bit of wild berry compote with a hint of mint and sprinkled with nutmeg. This culminates is a smooth creamy finish that lingers for quite a while. This whiskey was a solid buy at $134.99, but at $99.99 this is an absolute must buy. This is by far the lowest price in the country. If you are interested do not delay. This offer will not be available for long.
